Holbrook / Petrified Forest KOA Journey

Can you charge an EV here? No · 50-amp
This park prohibits charging an electric truck from the site pedestal. It is a standard KOA policy and it is enforced, so arrive with the range you need. It is one of the reasons we favor parks that allow overnight charging.

A functional Route 66 overnight at the doorstep of Petrified Forest, easy in and out off I-40. Fine for a one-night stop and a caravan would fit, but it is a parking-lot-style layout with little character, hence the middle-of-the-road score. You stay here for the location, not the ambiance.
