The gear, the links, and the guides
One reference page: the gear that is genuinely on the rig, the referral links for the services we actually use, and the Airstream, EV, and towing how-to guides from the road. Nothing here is a sponsorship reel. Buy through a link and you get the same price or perk you would anyway; we get a small credit that goes straight back into travel costs.
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you.

On the rig
The gear we actually run
The hardware behind the trip log, from the hitch that keeps the Airstream tracking flat to the connectivity that runs the work-from-camp days. Links go to our referral, a tagged Amazon search, or the brand direct.
- Use our referral link
Starlink
Internet wherever we park. The only connectivity that has reliably kept up off the grid, and what the Apple TV and the work-from-camp days run on.

Andersen No-Sway Weight Distribution Hitch (3385)
The weight distribution and sway control that keeps the 23-foot Airstream tracking flat behind the R1T. Lighter and quieter than a chain-and-bar setup, and the piece behind every "we had to unhitch to charge" note in the trip log.
- View on Amazon
NEMA 14-50 EV charging adapter
How the Rivian sips off a campground's 50-amp pedestal overnight when there is no DC fast charger nearby. The quiet hero of the no-RAN nights.
- View on Amazon
Apple TV 4K
Lives in the Airstream and streams over Starlink, so the setup travels with us instead of fighting whatever screen a campground has.
- View on Amazon
JL Audio
The stereo gear behind the bunk-area remotes. Clean sound for the long quiet-mile stretches.

RV USB-C outlets
Wired throughout the cabin so phones, cameras, and the action cam all charge without a brick of adapters.
- Visit the maker
AirKrafters mats + trim
Airstream-specific door mats and stainless exterior trim that replaces the factory plastic. Brand-direct, not on Amazon.

How it works, and why it helps
Towing an Airstream across the country on electrons is not free. Even with charging costs trimmed down, there are campground fees, tires, gear, and the truck itself. Referral and affiliate credits cover a real slice of that, and they cost you nothing extra: you would get the same offer anyway; this just routes the partner's referral side to us.
No pressure either way. If any of this is already on your list, these links are a free way to send a little support back up the road. If not, every trip page is still here to read, no strings attached.
Enjoying the EV towing data?
Not in the market for any of the above? A coffee keeps the dispatches coming, no strings attached.
